Travaux structurels suite à un sinistre et travaux de restauration immobilière au restaurant ‘’ Le Buerehiesel ‘’ au 4 Parc de l'Orangerie à Strasbourg Les travaux définis ci-dessus font l’objet de 7 lots : N° Lot Intitulé 1 Gros œuvre 2 Charpente - Colombage 3 Couverture - Zinguerie - Étanchéité 4 Échafaudage - Ravalement - Pierre de taille - Peinture extérieure 5 Menuiserie bois - Terrasse bois 6 Menuiserie extérieure aluminium 7 Plâtrerie - Peinture intérieure - Fresque - Electricité Une visite obligatoire sera organisée par la maîtrise d'œuvre le lundi 26 janvier 2026 à 10h00, à l’adresse suivante : 4 parc de l’Orangerie (directement sur site) devant le portail d’accès au restaurant. Les candidats n’ayant pu participer à cette visite auront la possibilité de solliciter une nouvelle date, sur demande à adresser au chef de projet. Durée de visite : de 10h00 à 12h00 Numéro à contacter en cas de problème concernant la visite - 03 88 61 17 95.
