Description

Travaux relatifs à la déconstruction du garage central du CHU de Reims. Les travaux ne sont pas répartis en lots, il s’agit d’un marché unique. Le délai d’exécution du marché est de 6 mois, comprenant la période de préparation (de 1 mois et demi), à compter de la réception de la notification de l’ordre de service. Plus précisément, les travaux comprendront notamment : - le curage du garage central ; - le désamiantage ; - le déplombage ; - la déconstruction complète du bâtiment garage central, y compris fondations et infrastructures, en prenant en compte l’ensemble des diagnostics joints au DCE (amiante, plomb, pollution des sols, etc.) ; - le comblement et la réalisation d’une plateforme encaillouttée permettant l’évolution d’engins et de camions, en respectant le niveau du TN existant. Contraintes d'environnement de site : Présence d'amiante, de plomb et de silice dans les existants.
