RELANCE LOT 12: Les stipulations du présent marché concernent : l’opération réhabilitation et d’amélioration des performances énergétiques du bâtiment existant le Déambulatoire sur le Campus de la Doua à Villeurbanne affecté à l’Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1. La description des ouvrages et leurs spécifications techniques sont indiquées dans le Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières. Particularités de la consultation : Relance du Lot 12 La présente consultation porte exclusivement sur le Lot n°12 : VRD - Espaces Verts. Il est précisé que ce lot a fait l'objet d'une précédente consultation lancée en Procédure Adaptée (MAPA) au sein d'une consultation globale comprenant l'ensemble des lots de l'opération. Toutefois, en application de l'article R. 2185-1 du Code de la commande publique, ce lot a été déclaré sans suite pour motif d'infructuosité, aucune offre n'ayant été déposée par les opérateurs économiques dans les délais impartis. En conséquence, le pouvoir adjudicateur a décidé de procéder à une nouvelle mise en concurrence spécifique pour ce lot.
