Description

Le présent accord cadre à marchés subséquents multi-attributaires concerne des travaux d'installation de centrales photovoltaïques en toiture pour les besoins du SICTIAM, de ses adhérents et des structures conventionnées La description complète des travaux est indiquée dans le Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (CCTP). Le délai d'exécution sera indiqué dans chaque marché subséquent. L'accord-cadre prend effet à compter de sa date de notification pour une durée ferme de 12 mois. Il est ensuite renouvelable 3 fois pour des périodes de 12 mois par reconduction expresse. La forme du contrat est un accord-cadre multi-attributaires (3 titulaires) s'exécutant par la passation de marchés subséquents à prix unitaires. Le montant maximum des commandes pour la durée totale d'exécution de l'accord-cadre, reconductions comprises est de : 4 000 000 euros hors taxes.
