Ce marché comporte 12 lots et deux phases : - Phase 1 : construction de l'extension en R+2 et rénovation/extension de l'espace pause méridienne du bâtiment existant en rez-de-chaussée - Phase 2 : rénovation du bâtiment en R+1 avec restructuration et réfection des bureaux en rez-de-chaussée et reprise du plancher en R+1.
