La présente consultation est relative à un accord-cadre mono-attributaire à bons de commande pour des travaux d'extension du réseau métropolitain de télécommunication très haut débit d'Alès Agglomération. Le marché est relancé suite à une déclaration sans suite pour motif d'intérêt général. Le présent accord-cadre est conclu pour une durée initiale d'un an à compter de la date de prise d'effet du premier bon de commande, renouvelable trois fois pour une période d'un an de manière expresse, sans que sa durée maximale n'excède quatre ans. Il est conclu pour une période initiale d'un an, sans montant minimum annuel et avec un montant maximum annuel de 300 000 euros hors taxes. Dans le cas où le seuil maximum de l'accord-cadre est atteint avant la fin de la période initiale, il pourra être reconduit expressément par anticipation. Cet accord-cadre fixe toutes les conditions d'exécution des prestations, il est exécuté au fur et à mesure de l'émission de bons de commande émis par l'acheteur public. Les prestations sont couvertes par une garantie d'un an pour la partie fibres optiques et connexes, et par une garantie décennale pour la partie génie civil. Les délais de garantie débutent à la date de notification de la décision d'admission.
