TRAVAUX D'ENTRETIEN DES QUAIS ET OUVRAGES EN MACONNERIE GERES ET EXPLOITES PAR LE SYMADREM Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande mono-attributaire, passé par un pouvoir adjudicateur, avec un montant minimum de commande de 10 000 EUR TTC et un montant maximum de 150 000 EUR TTC de commande annuel, sans remise en compétition lors de l'attribution des bons de commande, en application de l'article R2162-2.2° R2162-4.1°, R.2162-5, R.2162-13 et R.2162-14 de la commande publique. L'accord-cadre est conclu pour une période initiale de 1 an à compter de sa notification. Il est renouvelable tacitement 3 fois, par période successive de 1 an, dans les conditions de l'article R2112-4 du code de la commande publique, sans que sa durée totale ne puisse excéder quatre ans.
