Description

Les travaux du présent marché consistent en la restauration hydraulique par dévégétalisation (abattage, dessouchage, broyage) de bras secondaires de la Loire sur les communes de Fondettes, Saint-Pierres-des-Corps et Tours en Indre-et-Loire. L’ensemble de la végétation ligneuse identifiée dans la zone de travaux devra être supprimée sauf en cas d’enjeux environnementaux identifiés par le maître d’œuvre qui donneront lieux à des zones d’exclusion aux engins et personnels déployés dans le cadre du présent marché. Les travaux se déroulant dans le lit mineur de la Loire une attention particulière devra être accordée aux mesures environnementales et antipollution ainsi qu’au risque de montée rapide du niveau d’eau. L’ensemble des prestations est détaillé dans le CCP Le marché est un marché de travaux soumis au CCAG travaux en vigueur.
