Description

Restauration du massif occidental de l'Abbaye Saint-Jean-des-Vignes à Soissons (02). Relance des lots n°06 Couverture et n°09 Électricité CFO/CFA, précédemment déclarés sans suite. Procédure adaptée conformément à l'article R.2123-1 2° du Code de la commande publique. Le marché est décomposé en une tranche ferme (TF) et trois tranches optionnelles (TO). Financement assuré par les ressources propres de la Ville de Soissons et par des subventions publiques (Europe, DRAC, Région, Département, EPCI, fondation du patrimoine, etc.). Les prix du marché sont forfaitaires et révisables. Le règlement s'effectue par acomptes mensuels et solde, avec une avance de 5 %. Le délai global de paiement est de 30 jours. Procédures de recours : tribunal administratif d'Amiens. La durée globale de l'opération est de 85 mois ; la durée des 2 lots de ce marché vient s'inscrire dans ce calendrier.
