Description

Le marché a pour objet les travaux de restauration écologique de zones humides à Pecquencourt (59146), au sein du marais des Biats, au titre des mesures compensatoires prescrites par l'arrêté préfectoral du 27 décembre 2023 portant autorisation environnementale du projet Terroirs Distillers (ZAC Barrois). Les travaux comprennent la préparation des emprises (fauche et broyage), les décapages et surcreusements localisés à différentes profondeurs avec évacuation des terres hors site, les fauches exportatrices et broyages de restauration, la création de layons et la préparation des sols destinés aux plantations. Les plantations et les clôtures ne font pas partie du marché ; elles sont réalisées en régie par les services techniques de l'acheteur.
