Description

Le présent marché a pour objet la réalisation des travaux de restauration de la Galerie des marbres en vue de son ouverture au public, sur le site de Paris du musée Rodin. Il est décomposé en 5 lots séparés : - Lot n° 1 : VRD / Maçonnerie - Pierre de taille (décomposé en une tranche ferme "Restauration de la Galerie des Marbres" et une tranche optionnelle "Dépose/repose de l'échafaudage de pied") - Lot n° 2 : Couverture - Lot n° 3 : Menuiserie métallique / Ferronnerie / Peinture - Lot n° 4 : Électricité - Lot n° 5 : Ventilation La tranche ferme du lot n°1 et chacun des lots n°2 à n°5 du présent marché prennent effet à compter de leur date de notification aux titulaires et s'achèveront à l'expiration du délai de garantie de parfait achèvement d'une durée de 12 mois à compter de la réception totale et sans réserve des travaux sur lesquels ils portent. La tranche optionnelle du lot n°1 du présent marché prend effet à sa date d'affermissement et s'achèvera à la réception des travaux sur lesquels elle porte dans les conditions énoncées à l'article 5.10 du Cahier des Clauses Administratives Particulières (C.C.A.P.). La date limite d'affermissement de la tranche optionnelle est fixée au 31/12/2026.
