Le contrat porte sur les travaux de restauration de la continuité écologique sur la Souvigne aval - Seuil de Moulin bas. Les travaux consistent à l'effacement du seuil de Moulin bas sur la rivière Souvigne et de l'ensemble des ouvrages en génie civil de la rive gauche à Argentat (19). Ce projet s'accompagne de travaux annexes (protection de la route départementale en rive droite en amont du seuil sur environ 80ml, reprofilage du lit mineur et des berges sur le linéaire impacté, création de deux seuils de fond afin de stabiliser le profil en long projet et renaturation des berges du ruisseau impactées avec traitement sélectif de la végétation sur 150ml)
