Description

Le programme porte sur les travaux de rénovation énergétique du groupe scolaire Bickart 1 et 2 (SDP : 5100 m2 environ) et notamment sur les façades, les toitures, les fenêtres, le chauffage, l'électricité et les systèmes de renouvellement d'air. Le groupe scolaire Bickart est situé dans l'impasse de la rue Alphonse Bordereau à Chelles et comprend deux écoles primaires. L’objectif des travaux de rénovation ciblera la sobriété énergétique. L’amélioration de la performance énergétique des bâtiments constituera le poste principal répartie ainsi : • Mise en place d’une GTC (gestion technique centralisée) • Mise en place d'une ventilation double flux • Remplacement des systèmes d'éclairage par des appareils à technologie LED • Mise en place d'une isolation par l'extérieur • Remplacement et isolation de la toiture terrasse Remplacement des menuiseries extérieures Le marché est conclu pour une durée globale de 21 mois à compter de la date de notification. Le délai d’exécution de chaque lot s’intègre dans cette durée globale. Les travaux se dérouleront en deux phases : Phase 1 : Travaux de rénovation énergétique de BICKART 1 : 15 mois Phase 2 : Travaux de rénovation énergétique BICKART 2 : 15 mois La période de préparation est de 16 semaines et est comprises dans le délai global de 15 mois. La date prévisionnelle de début des travaux (notification du marché) est en janvier 2027 pour une livraison voulue en septembre 2028.
