Description

La présente consultation en procédure adaptée (MAPA) porte exclusivement sur la dépose de 505 sièges existants avec évacuation vers des filières de traitement des déchets agréées ; la fourniture, l’installation et la fixation de 528 sièges neufs avec tablettes rabattables en remplacement et 6 tablettes rabattables indépendantes. Aucun autre poste (acoustique, éclairage, sols, etc.) n’est inclus. L’amphithéâtre 4 est situé au 1er sous-sol de centre Assas, classé ERP 1ère catégorie avec activité de type L, N, S et X. Le marché n’est pas alloti Les spécifications techniques figurent dans le CCTP Le marché inclut la garantie de parfait achèvement (1 an à compter de la réception des travaux). La réalisation des prestations se fera partiellement en site occupé, en réduisant au maximum les nuisances occasionnées. Des restrictions ou contraintes pourront être imposées au candidat retenu quant à la réalisation des travaux bruyants.
