La présente consultation a pour objet la réhabilitation du groupe scolaire du Parc de Diane à Jouy-en-Josas, à l'issue de l'incendie survenu le 23 novembre 2025. Les travaux consistent en la remise en état du site. Il s'agit plus particulièrement du lot n°2 « façades ». Ce lot a été attribué initialement à une société, qui n'a pas satisfait à ses obligations. Le marché initial n°202611-2 a donc été résilié. Le présent marché constitue donc un marché de substitution au sens des articles 52.2 et 52.4 du CCAG Travaux. Les travaux devront impérativement se dérouler durant les vacances scolaires de la Toussaint 2026 et le mois de novembre 2026. Seul le lot n°2 de cette consultation est ouvert à la concurrence dans le cadre du présent avis. Le marché n°202613-1 a déjà été attribué dans le cadre d'une procédure sans publicité ni mise en concurrence, conformément aux articles n°R.2122-8 et R.2123-1 du code de la commande publique.
