Description

Le présent marché a pour objet des travaux de réhabilitation des réseaux d'assainissement des eaux usées et eaux pluviales à Soissons et Pommiers. Le marché est divisé en 3 lots géographiquement distincts. Le lot n°1 est divisé en une tranche ferme et en deux tranches optionnelles. Les travaux seront réglés par application des prix unitaires aux quantités réellement exécutées. Une retenue de garantie de 5% du montant initial du marché sera prélevée sur le montant de chaque acompte. Cette garantie peut être remplacée au gré du titulaire par une garantie à première demande. Il ne sera pas accepté de caution personnelle et solidaire. Le versement de l'avance de 5% est conditionné par la production d'une garantie à première demande. Le Titulaire s'engage à réserver au minimum 210 heures d'insertion.
