Description

Travaux de réparation ou de construction d'ouvrages sur les réseaux d'assainissement dont GrandSoissons Agglomération a la charge. Il s'agit tant de travaux programmés (lot n° 1) que de travaux ponctuels, dits d'urgence (lot n° 2). Ces prestations seront réalisées par l'émission de bons de commande, au fur et à mesure des besoins. Les besoins du pouvoir adjudicateur sont détaillés dans les cahiers des clauses techniques particulières (CCTP) et les annexes financières. Chaque lot de l'accord-cadre sera attribué à un maximum de 3 attributaires par lot (sous réserve d'un nombre suffisant d'offres). Les bons de commande seront attribués selon la méthode dite " en cascade ", en sollicitant le titulaire le mieux classé en priorité. Les variantes sont interdites. Instance chargée des procédures de recours : Tribunal Administratif d'Amiens. Date prévisible de démarrage : 2e quinzaine de septembre 2026.
