Description

Un groupement de commandes a été constitué entre la Commune et le CCAS de SIX FOURS LES PLAGES pour la réalisation de travaux de réfection de peinture sur les bâtiments communaux et du CCAS .La ville de Six-Fours-les-Plages est désignée «Coordonnateur» du groupement de commandes. Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre multi attributaires donnant lieu à l'émission de bons de commande. La consultation donnera lieu à la signature de plusieurs contrats avec au MAXIMUM TROIS TITULAIRES. Durée: de sa date de notification jusqu'au 31/12/2026, au titre de l'année 2026,reconductible TROIS fois pour UN AN soit au maximum jusqu'au 31/12/2029. Montants limites par période en euro(s) HT par attributaire: VILLE: Minimum 10 000 euro(s) HT - Maximum : 60 000 euro(s) HT CCAS: Minimum 0 - Maximum : 10 000 euro(s) HT L'ensemble des travaux commandés, tout attributaire confondu, ne pourra dépasser par période un MAXIMUM fixé à 180 000 euro(s) HT partie Ville et 30 000 euro(s) HT partie CCAS
