Le marché a pour objet les travaux de réfection de murs et cloisons via renforcement des fondations de l'Espace Nelson Mandela, 3 rue Victor Schoelcher 91160 SAULX LES CHARTREUX. Il s'agit d'un bâtiment à usage de maison de jeunesse. Celui-ci se compose d'un niveau en superstructure et d'un vide sanitaire. L'ouvrage est constitué d'une structure en murs en maçonnerie porteuse de type « blocs en terre cuite creux ». Durant l'exploitation de l'ouvrage plusieurs fissures ont été constatées sur les murs en maçonnerie et les longrines périphériques. La présente consultation concerne un marché public de Travaux.
