Description

Marché de travaux alloti en 6 lots portant sur la démolition partielle et la reconstruction d'un bâtiment technique de maintenance des parcours, intégrant ateliers, zones de stockage et locaux de vie, avec fortes contraintes de phasage en site occupé. L'opération comprend l'ensemble des corps d'état (GO, charpente, enveloppe, second oeuvre, CVC, électricité, VRD) et s'inscrit dans une démarche de performance technique, fonctionnelle et environnementale.. La Fédération Française de Golf souhaite reconstruire son pôle technique d'entretien des parcours (BATEP) par une opération de démolition-construction, dans le but d'offrir à son personnel un ensemble de bâtiments fonctionnels, accueillants, sécurisés et performants. La période prévisionnelle des travaux de reconstruction des bâtiments techniques du Golf national, réalisées sous maitrise d'ouvrage de la ffgolf, débutera en septembre 2026 jusque octobre 2027 au plus tard.
