Procédure adaptée ouverte soumise aux dispositions des articles L. 2123-1, R. 2123-1 1°, L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. L'accord-cadre multi-attributaire exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Le contrat est susceptible d'être reconduit dans les conditions du cahier des charges. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. L'accord-cadre est conclu pour une période initiale qui débutera à la date de notification du contrat et se terminera au 31/12/2026 (montant max 219 000,00 HT) il est reconduit tacitement comme suit : 1ère période de reconduction : Du 1/01/2027 au 31/12/2027 (montant max 375 000,00 HT) 2 ème période de reconduction : Du 01/01/2028 au 31/12/2028 (montant max 375 000,00 HT) 3 ème période de reconduction : Du 01/01/2029 au 31/12/2029 (montant max 375 000,00 HT) 4 ème période de reconduction : Du 01/01/2030 à la date anniversaire de la notification l'accord cadre (montant max 156 000,00 HT)
