Actuellement, les trois tronçons d'éclairages public sont composés de : - Armoire A (Boulevard du Grand Aulnay à Grand Couronne) : 29 mâts simples appareillés de lanternes sodium ; - Armoire C : (Boulevard de l'ile aux Oiseaux à grand Couronne) : 84 mâts (81 simples et 3 doubles) appareillés de 73 lanternes sodium et 14 lanternes LED ; - Armoire B (Boulevard de l'ile aux Oiseaux) : 40 mâts simples appareillés de 9 lanternes sodium et 31 lanternes LED. Les lanternes LED déjà en place sur ses tronçons d'éclairages ne sont pas à prendre en compte dans la demande. Afin de moderniser et améliorer la performance énergétique du secteur de RVSL Aval, il a été envisagé de remplacer celle-ci par des lanternes LED. En effet, cela permettra d'acquérir une meilleure qualité d'éclairage, une durée de vie plus longue et une diminution de l'impact écologique.
