Les candidats doivent prendre en considération les contraintes du site pour l'établissement de l'offre, les contraintes décrites dans les CCTP et le PGC (approvisionnement, accès, circulation, sécurité, protection au chantier) y compris les contraintes liées au Covid-19 Pour chaque lot, en plus de la solution de base, les candidats peuvent présenter des variantes libres (=offres alternatives à la solution de base) qui porteront sur des propositions moins-disantes et/ou plus pertinentes techniquement au regard de l'expertise de chaque candidat. Pour chaque lot, la durée du marché court à compter de la date de notification jusqu'à la réception des travaux incombant au titulaire (après complète réalisation des travaux, repliement installations de chantier, remise en état terrains et lieux et réception des travaux) En application des dispositions des art. L2112-2 et L2113-14 du CCP, l'exécution des lots 2 et 8 comporte des considérations sociales et de promotion de l'emploi obligatoire
