Description

Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. 2 lots : terrassement, génie civil et aménagements connexes (marche avec 1 tranche optionnelle) et équipements hydrauliques et électromécaniques (marché ordinaire) Les travaux/prestations sont réglés par des prix forfaitaires. Les prix sont révisables mensuellement. Délai de validité des offres : 180 jours. Une retenue de garantie de 3 % du montant initial bon de commande (augmenté le cas échéant du montant des avenants) sera constituée (remplacée au gré du titulaire par une garantie à première demande). Le montant de l'avance est fixé à 20 % du montant initial. Les critères et les sous-critères d'analyse des offres sont définis au RC
