Description

Le présent marché à bons de commande a pour objet la réalisation de travaux de création, de restauration et d'aménagement de mares sur le territoire de Roannais Agglomération, pour la période 2026 - 2029. Déployées sur des sites aux caractéristiques écologiques variées, ces interventions pourront inclure des prestations complémentaires (imperméabilisation, végétalisation, mise en défens) adaptées aux enjeux locaux. Ce marché s'inscrit dans la mise en oeuvre de la Stratégie Biodiversité de la collectivité, et contribue au maintien et au renforcement des continuités écologiques, ainsi qu'à la préservation des habitats favorables à la biodiversité. L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Le contrat est susceptible d'être reconduit dans les conditions du cahier des charges. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Les montants estimatifs sont indicatifs et comprennent la totalité des périodes de reconduction
