Le présent marché a pour objet des " TRAVAUX D'AMENAGEMENTS POUR LA REQUALIFICATION DE VOIRIES DU CHEMIN MARCELLIN ALLO, TRAVAUX PAYSAGERS ET BIODIVERSITE ". Aucune réclamation au cours des travaux ne pourra être prise en considération pour les difficultés des accès et des sujétions dues aux contraintes du site et à la nature des terrains existants. Une visite du site est OBLIGATOIRE avant la remise d'une offre. L'article 2.21 du présent règlement de la consultation est afférent à l'organisation de ladite visite. Toutes les missions sont détaillées au sein du CCTP. Les prestations à exécuter comprennent notamment : -Les études d'exécution; -Élaboration et suivi d'un Plan d'Assurance Qualité, d'un Schémas d'Organisation et de Suivi de l'Élimination des Déchets, et des Plans Particuliers de Sécurité et de Protection de la Santé, constats huissier et rapports photographiques, ...; -Réalisation des récolements à l'avancement des travaux, et production des D.O.E.; -Fournitures et travaux d'installation de chantier; -Barriérage du périmètre des travaux, et leur entretien; -Terres - Terrassements; -Assainissement; -Arrosage; -Éclairage; -Circulations; -Maçonneries; -Mobiliers; -Serrureries; -Plantations; -Entretien. Il s'agit d'un marché ordinaire. Les prestations seront réglées par application des prix unitaires aux quantités réellement exécutées. Le montant total du DQE remis par le titulaire dans son offre sera le montant maximum du marché. Les prix du BPU et le montant total du DQE ont valeur contractuelle. En revanche les quantités du DQE n'ont pas valeur contractuelle. Les travaux de requalification du chemin Marcellin Allo dans le bourg relevaient de la maîtrise d'ouvrage initiale de la Métropole Nice Côte d'Azur (MNCA) et ont été transférés à la MO de l'EPA via une convention de maîtrise d'ouvrage unique. Ils sont donc financés en partie par la MNCA, donneront lieu à son avis et lui seront remis en propriété et gestion.
