Description

Le marché de travaux comprend l'aménagement du site de la Courrery, terrain communal en cœur de commune, jouxtant la structure crèche multi-accueil et le pôle culturel. Le site de la Courrery, d’une surface de près de 2 hectares, se situe entre la rue des Prés (RD 70) et la rue de la Libération (RD 182). À proximité des principaux équipements, commerces, écoles et services, cet espace est idéalement situé entre les différentes structures d’accueil des enfants. La commune porte ce projet afin d’offrir aux habitants des espaces de loisirs et de rencontres intergénérationnelles, en lien à la fois avec les nouvelles structures, mais également avec les usages existants. Plusieurs hypothèses ont été imaginées avec la volonté d’installer / aménager des jeux pour jeunes enfants, des espaces de rencontres, des cheminements, des dispositifs en faveur de la biodiversité, en faveur de la récupération des eaux pluviales, des arbres fruitiers, d’instaurer l’opération « Une naissance, un arbre »…
