Grenoble-Alpes Métropole (GAM) a acquis en 2021 de nouveaux locaux situés au 6 rue Amable Matussière à Grenoble. Il s'agit d'un ancien entrepôt. Les travaux concernent le réaménagement d'un partie du bâtiment qui accueillera le magasin des E.P.I. (équipements de protection individuelle) géré par la direction "immobilier et environnement de travail". Les prestations sont divisées en 6 lots. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations ont réglées par des prix forfaitaires. La durée du contrat court de la notification de celui-ci jusqu'à la fin de la GPA. Le délai d'exécution est de 4 mois y compris la période de préparation d'un mois
