L'aire de jeux sera un espace extérieur adapté aux enfants et personnes à mobilité réduite, souffrant de handicap visuel et auditif, atteint d'autisme… (jeux accessibles en fauteuils roulants, panneaux ludiques sonores et de manipulation, panneaux en FALC, en CAA, cabane pour s'isoler), avec plantation d'arbres et d'arbustes et mobilier en bois. Le jardin sportif vise à réhabiliter un espace vieillissant, en créant/recréant terrain de football urbain, terrain de volley-ball, terrain de basket-ball 3v3, anneau de course, terrains de pétanque. Les travaux se composent de 2 lots, 2 phases. Durée des marchés : environ 19,5 mois pour le lot 1 et de 47,5 mois pour le lot 2 à compter de la notification du marché, garanties comprises
