Le site, réparti sur les parcelles 3303 (Yverdon-les-Bains) et 459 (Montagny-près-Yverdon), comprend un patrimoine bâti historique et plusieurs bâtiments fonctionnels. Le projet prévoit la construction de deux nouvelles structures d’hébergement (Tamaya et Situation Complexe), ainsi que de deux bâtiments de services (Fermette et Cafétéria), tout en restructurant les espaces administratifs et techniques.
