Description

Le présent projet porte sur la transformation de l’ancien rural et la construction de deux pavillons à Savigny, route de Mollie-Margot 3. Le rez-de-chaussée du rural accueillera un réfectoire scolaire d’environ 105 places ainsi qu’une cuisine de régénération. Les deux niveaux supérieurs seront aménagés en cabinet médical, avec de la médecine générale au 1er étage et de la pédiatrie au 2e étage. L’ancien rural fera l’objet de travaux de sous-œuvre permettant la création d’un sous-sol partiel au sud et l’abaissement du niveau du rez-de-chaussée. Une nouvelle dalle en béton assurera la stabilisation et la rigidification du bâtiment. Deux nouveaux volumes compléteront l’intervention : la ludothèque au nord et la salle de rythmique le long de la route de Mollie-Margot, tout deux sont principalement en bois avec des parties en béton sur les faces enterrées
