Description

 L’objet du présent marché consiste en la mise à disposition d’agents afin d’assurer la circulation et la sécurité lors du déroulement des chantiers tpg et/ou impactant les services des tpg. Le présent marché est un contrat-cadre mono-adjudicataire. Aussi, les tpg vont retenir au maximum une (1) entreprise pour l’exécution de ce marché.   Le présent contrat-cadre mono-adjudicataire est conclu sans montant minimum mais sera limité au montant total d’adjudication, et ce, sur sa durée à compter de la date d’expiration du délai de recours sans effet suspensif accordé par l’autorité de recours, suivant la décision d’adjudication. Ce montant total maximum correspond à la somme totale des dépenses qui pourraient être consacrées par les tpg sur ce marché (contrat-cadre mono-adjudicataire), sur sa durée et sur la globalité des prestations décrites dans le cahier des charges et le cahier de réponses, y compris les potentielles évolutions des besoins métiers. Ces indications ne constituent en aucun cas des garanties de chiffre d’affaires pour l’adjudicataire ou un engagement de dépense. L’ adjudicataire ne pourra former aucune réclamation ni prétendre au versement d’une indemnité quelconque en l’absence de notification de commande. Le volume indiqué dans le cahier des charges dépendra de l’acceptation des budgets et des besoins des tpg, qui se donnent le droit de les revoir à tout moment. L’adjudicataire ne pourra pas faire valoir de prétention en cas de non atteinte de ce volume durant toute la durée du marché (contrat-cadre mono-adjudicataire).
