Hanke esemeks on Lao tn 24 kinnistul asuva tootmishoone nr 3 laiendamine kahe eraldi hallina teljemõõtmetega 14,0 × 36,0 m ja 14,0 × 39,0 m, kokku ligikaudu 1 060 m² lao- ja komplekteerimispinda. Töövõtt hõlmab ettevalmistus- ja lammutustöid, hoonealust süvendit, vundamente ja aluspõrandaid, teraskarkassi, sandwich-paneelidest välisseinu ja katuslagesid, avatäiteid ja katusetarindeid, tuletõkkekardinaid ning tööjooniste ja tootejooniste koostamist. Töövõtu mahtu ei kuulu kütte- ja ventilatsioonisüsteemid, elektri tugev- ja nõrkvoolupaigaldis koos automaatse tulekahjusignalisatsiooniga, päikesepaneelid ega peakaabli vahetus liitumispunkti ja hoone peakilbi vahel - need hangitakse eraldi.
