Iglufactory OÜ tootmishoone ehitustööd Leie külas, Viljandi vallas. Hankelepingu esemeks on neli tööpaketti ühe terviklepinguna: 1) vaheseinte, tellisest elektrikapi, puidukuivati ja betoonpõranda (1200 m²) lammutus ning lammutusprahi äravedu; 2) tootmispõranda projekteerimine ja ehitamine 1200 m², min 200 mm, betoon C30/37, sh aluspinna ettevalmistus. Põrand dimensioneeritakse vastukaalutõstuki koormusele (esitelje koormus 206 kN); 3) tööstuslikud sektsionaalsed tõstuksed 14 tk (13 tk 3040×3900 mm, 1 tk 2350×2650 mm) koos mõõtmise ja mehaanilise paigaldusega; 4) valgustuse ja tugevvoolu kaabelduse paigaldus III löövis. Tööde teostamise tähtaeg 31.01.2027. Objektiga tutvumine toimub 10.09.2026 kell 10:00. Osalemisest palume eelnevalt teatada RHR-i kaudu.
