Description

Im Rahmen des Projekts Geistthal-Södingberg ist die thermische Sanierung und Gestaltung der Fassade sowie die Sanierung des Daches inklusive Installation einer neuen Photovoltaikanlage (PV-Anlage) geplant. Der bestehende Dachstuhl wird verstärkt. Das Gebäude beherbergt das Gemeindeamt, die Volksschule und den Kindergarten. WDVS - Die Gebäudehülle wird komplett neu gedämmt. Abhängig von der gewünschten Struktur des Gebäudes, kommen Dämmstärken von 18 bis 20 cm (Mineralwolle), sowie unterschiedliche Putzarten zur Anwendung. Abgesehen von der Standardkörnung von 2 mm, wird für die Fassade in jenen definierten Bereichen ein Putz mit feiner Oberfläche gewählt und teils durch Fugen strukturiert. Der Sockelbereich wird mit einer 14 cm starken Dämmschicht (EPS) versehen und ebenfalls mit einem Standardputz mit 2 mm Körnung ausgeführt. Die Hauptfassade wird in einzelnen wenigen Bereichen zusätzlich mittels Holzlamellen akzentuiert, die Teil der Zimmermeisterarbeiten sind. Auf dem Dach, das als Blechdach mit Stehfalzausbildung in der Farbe Anthrazit ausgeführt wird, wird eine PV-Anlage situiert. Zusätzlich werden die neuen Fallrohre, die neuen Regenrinnen sowie alle sichtbaren Bleche und Fensterbänke farblich an das neue Blechdach angepasst. Die bestehende Dachkonstruktion wird gemäß den statischen Berechnungen verstärkt.
