Description

The purpose of the assignment is to produce four thematic monographs that consolidate and summarise existing quantitative and qualitative information on investments and achievements supported under Interreg cross-border cooperation programmes, mainly the programmes implemented along all EU internal borders, but also along its borders with EEA and accession countries. The monographs shall provide the Commission with concise, evidence-based and reader-friendly material illustrating the contribution of cross-border cooperation to key European Union priorities, notably the renewed vision4 for the Single Market and the Right to Stay initiative. The monographs are intended primarily for internal use by the Commission. They shall support policy development, policy briefings, capitalisation and analytical activities. Parts of the material may also be reused at a later stage by Commission services as input for external communication and dissemination purposes .
