Постачальник поданням пропозиції підтверджує, що країною-походження товару не є Російська Федерація/Республіка Білорусь/Ісламська Республіка Іран. Розрахунки за товар проводяться Замовником за фактом отримання товару, на умовах відстрочки платежу терміном до 30 банківських днів з дати отримання товару (партії товару). Оплата за поставлений товар здійснюється шляхом перерахування коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Постачальника згідно видаткових накладних. У випадку затримки оплати товару Замовником через відсутність коштів на розрахунковому рахунку у зв’язку з невчасним фінансуванням тощо, Замовник зобов’язується провести оплату поставленого Постачальником товару протягом 15-ти банківських днів з дня надходження коштів на рахунок підприємства. Строк поставки товару: з дати укладення договору до 31 грудня 2026 року. Поставка товарів здійснюється протягом 5-х календарних днів з дати отримання замовлення поданого засобами електронного зв’язку. При поставці товару Постачальник повинен надавати копії документів що засвідчують якість товару. Місце поставки (передачі) товарів : 82200, Львівська обл., м. Трускавець, вул. Данилишиних, 62. Зобов’язання Постачальника щодо поставки товару вважаються виконаними у повному обсязі з моменту передачі товару по кількості та якості уповноваженому представнику Замовника у місці поставки. Факт отримання товару підтверджується підписаною відповідальною особою накладною. Поставка товару та завантажувально-розвантажувальні роботи з заносом на склад здійснюються за рахунок постачальника.
