Description

1. Вимоги до походження товару: Учасник гарантує, що запропонований товар не є походженням з Російської Федерації, Республіки Білорусь та/або Ісламської Республіки Іран, а також не виготовлений із використанням ресурсів цих країн. Замовник має право вимагати документи, що підтверджують країну походження товару (сертифікат, декларація тощо) під час укладання договору. 2. Перевірка кінцевого бенефіціарного власника (КБВ): Замовник здійснює перевірку відомостей про КБВ переможця закупівлі в Єдиному державному реєстрі. Пропозиція учасника буде відхилена у разі наявності зв'язків з державою-агресором відповідно до п. 44 "Особливостей" (Постанова КМУ №1178), а саме якщо КБВ є громадянином РФ/РБ або юридична особа зареєстрована на території цих країн. 3. Згода з умовами: Подаючи пропозицію, Учасник автоматично підтверджує відповідність вищезазначеним вимогам та погоджується з проектом договору, що додається до цього запиту. На етапі підпису договору Учасник повинен надати довідку в довільній формі по вище зазначеним пунктам.
