Оплата за доставлений Товар здійснюється Замовником впродовж 30 (тридцяти) робочих днів з моменту отримання Товару, на підставі належно оформлених первинних документів (товарно-транспортної накладної, видаткової накладної, рахунку), наданих Постачальником при оформленні доставки. Форма розрахунків: безготівкова. Доставка здійснюється Постачальником за адресою Замовника: Рівненська область, місто Костопіль, вулиця Данила Галицького, 10 за замовленням Замовника згідно потреби, у строк до 10.10.2026 року або за домовленістю Сторін у терміни та партіями, узгодженими між Сторонами. Термін придатності товару повинен становити не менше 80 відсотків загального терміну придатності для товару даного типу, і не повинен бути меншим ніж до 31.12.2026 року. Фактом подання цінової пропозиції Постачальник (Учасник закупівлі) підтверджує, що запропонований товар не є товаром походженням з Російської Федерації/Республіки Білорусь/Ісламської Республіки Іран.
