Description

Ūkio subjektų grupė UAB „Honeka“ ir UAB „Flixauto“ (toliau - dalyvis) iki 2019-12-18 turėjo pasirašyti paslaugų teikimo sutartį. Dalyvis sutartį pasirašė 2019-12-16 ir per 5 darbo dienas (iki 2019-12-23) turėjo pristatyti sutarties įvykdymo užtikrinimą. Dalyvis sutarties įvykdymo užtikrinimo nepateikė ir 2019-12-27 CVP IS susirašinėjimo priemonėmis informavo, kad negavo iš draudimo bendrovės sutarties įvykdymo užtikrinimo. Pirkimo dalyvių pateikti pasiūlymai galiojo iki 2019-12-19. Pirkimo sąlygų 5.15 punkte numatyta, kad pasiūlymo galiojimo pratęsimo galima prašyti prieš baigiantis pasiūlymo galiojimo laikui. Kadangi sutartį UAB „Honeka“ pasirašė, nebuvo prašyta pratęsti pasiūlymų galiojimo termino. Vadovaujantis VPĮ 29 str. 2 d. 5 p., pirkimo procedūros baigiasi, kai baigiasi pasiūlymų galiojimo laikas ir pirkimo sutartis nesudaroma dėl priežasčių, kurios priklauso nuo tiekėjų.
