Oggetto di questo mandato sono le opere in calcestruzzo armato, gli scavi per la realizzazione delle parti interrate ed alcune sistemazioni esterne. Scavi parziali: Il terreno esistente è stato precedentemente sostituito con materiale alluvionale, dovranno essere eseguiti gli scavi per la realizzazione del locale interrato e le opere di sostegno in prossimità del locale 50 kV. Si proseguirà con gli scavi parziali per gli abbassamenti e la realizzazione del Planum. Durante gli scavi in prossimità del locale 50 kV, dove necessario, vista la numerosa presenza di canali cavi, verranno eseguite delle sottomurazione per evitare di arrecare danni alle infrastrutture esistenti. Calcestruzzo armato gettato in opera: Una volta terminati gli scavi, verranno realizzate tutte le parti strutturali in calcestruzzo armato che comprendono: il locale interrato, le opere di sostegno a ridosso del locale 50 kV, la platea con gli abbassamenti e i due vani scale con annesso vano ascensore su tutti e due i piani. Il locale interrato verrà impermeabilizzato tramite sistema “vasca gialla”. Sistemazione esterna: Una volta terminate le lavorazioni per la costruzione del nuovo edificio, dovranno essere eseguiti i nuovi allacciamenti acque meteoriche e acque luride. Inoltre, bisognerà realizzare un nuovo muro di sostegno sul confine con gli altri mappali.
