Description
Il presente appalto ha per oggetto la realizzazione degli Impianti di riscaldamento, raffreddamento e sanitari per la Nuova officina e deposito Fart SA a Riazzino. Dopo la demolizione degli edifici esistenti verrà edificato un nuovo stabile, posizionato sull’asse nord-sud, caratterizzato da due testate, mentre nella zona centrale si situano i grandi spazi dedicati all’officina e al deposito dei bus. Ad est è prevista inoltre una pensilina adibita al lavaggio e al rifornimento dei bus. Quantitativi principali (dati approssimativi, lista non esaustiva): Macchina termica reversibile: 2 x Q ~ 128 kW Caldaia a gas: 1 x Q ~ 70 kW Accumulatore energetico caldo: 1 x 4’000 ltr. Accumulatore energetico freddo: 1 x 4’500 ltr. Pompe di circolazione: 19 pezzi Ventilconvettori: 53 pezzi Pavimento riscaldante: ca. 290 m2 Apparecchi sanitari per 7 nuclei sanitari Apparecchi sanitari per 2 spogliatoi U + D Scalda acqua con pdc esterna 1 x 600 ltr. Boiler termopompa 1 x 400 ltr. Scalda acqua ad alto rendimento 1 x 2’000 ltr. Pompa sollevamento acque luride: 6 pezzi Idranti: 2 pezzi Posti antincendio: 6 pezzi
