Description

Denna upphandling omfattar tvättjänster till de personer som beviljats serviceinsatsen tvätt och som valt Lidingö stads hemtjänst i egen regi till hemtjänstleverantör samt hemtjänstenhetens personaltvätt. Uppdraget innefattar hämtning av tvätt, transport till tvätteri, sortering, vattentvätt, torkning och vikning, mangling samt leverans av färdig tvätt till kunder samt till stadens hemtjänstenhet i egen regi. Även strykning av kläder ingår. Efter särskilt biståndsbeslut kan en kund beviljas strykning av tvätt. Upphandlingen genomförs som ett öppet förfarande enligt 6 kap. 2 § lagen (2016:1145) om offentlig upphandling (LOU) där endast leverantörer får delta som utöver leverantörskrav som följer av 13 och 14 kap. LOU och som också uppfyller kraven i 4 kap. 18 § LOU (reserverad upphandling),
