Upphandlingen omfattar de avropade myndigheternas behov av gymnastik och idrottsmaterial för successiva avrop under avtalstiden. Upphandlingen omfattar även utrustning till idrottsplatser och inomhushallar. Leverans sker till upphandlande myndigheter inom VästUpp. VästUpp är en upphandlingssamordning i Västsverige. Upphandlingen är uppdelad två (2) anbudsområden; sport och gymnastikmaterial (delområde 1) samt idrottsplatsutrustning och hallinredning (delområde 2). Varje delområde kommer att prövas, utvärderas och tilldelas var för sig. Ramavtal avses tecknas med maximalt tre leverantörer per delområde.
