Upphandlingen omfattar även inköp av förbrukningsmaterial till fordon som tex torkarblad, lampor, spolarvätska mm. B efterfrågar hög kvalitet avseende bland annat serviceorganisation, reservdelsförsörjning, garantier, leveransservice, snabb hantering samt miljöhänsyn i denna upphandling. Närmare specifikation av upphandlingens omfattning framgår av upphandlingsdokumenten inklusive bilagor. Leverantören ska ha lokal kännedom och tillgång till resurser som möjliggör snabb och effektiv hantering av beställda arbeten. Leverantören ska ha möjlighet för att snabbt åtgärda de beställning som B inkommer med för minskad påverkan på verksamheterna.
