Uppdraget avser ramavtal för drift och underhåll av Mölndalsbostäders 33 brandutrymningslarmanläggningar som finns inom fastighetsbeståndet. Service- och underhåll för respektive anläggning/objekt inklusive 3 kvartalsprov och 1 årsprov samt utbildning och telefonsupport för brukare. Akut felavhjälpande samt felavhjälpande underhåll. Åtgärda fel och brister som rapporterats vid genomförda revisionsbesiktningar.
