Description

Avtalet omfattar drift och service av pannor i Eskilstuna kommunfastigheter AB:s( Kfast) bestånd. Leverantör ska sköta den dagliga driften (dygnet runt) och tillsynen av Kfasts pannor samt de underhållsåtgärder som krävs för att pannorna ska fungera optimalt och vara i säkert skick. Kfast har för avsikt att på sikt minska oljeeldningsförfarandet, detta kommer ske i takt med att tekniska lösningar uppkommer som är lämpliga för de fastigheter med pannor där det idag används oljeeldning. Detta kommer påverka antal pannor, drift och service under avtalstiden.
