Description

38 lägenheter som ROT:as Befintliga installationer som el, VVSstammar, ventilation m.m. byts ut. FTX-system installeras. Tak, fönster och balkonger byts. Ny modernare planlösning med nytt badrum och kök. Ny samlingslokal samt nya förråd i källarplan och i vindsvåning. Parkeringsplatserna renoveras. På de förhyrda parkeringarna anläggs kombinerad elbils- och motorvärmarutrustning. Båda husen dräneras och sekundärkulverten för fjärrvärmen byts. Spill och vatten byts ut och en översyn av dagvattnet görs med en ny avsättning till det kommunala dagvattennätet. Hus 5 består av sju plan och har en byggnadsarea på cirka 360 m², BTA 2540 m². Hus 6 består av fyra plan och har en byggnadsarea på cirka 570 m², BTA 1860 m².  38 befintliga lägenheter renoveras (ROT)  5 nya lägenheter tillkommer varav:  tre lägenheter i Hus 5, befintligt källarutrymme rivs av entreprenören och färdigställs av gymnasieskolan. Rivning och överlämning till gymnasieskolan ska prioriteras.  två lägenheter i Hus 6, befintligt källarutrymme rivs och de nya lägenheterna byggs och färdigställs i entreprenaden.
