Det befintliga avtalet för telefoni, tidigare benämnt Kommunikation som tjänst, behöver nu ersättas med en ny upphandling. Upphandlingen omfattar kommunikationstjänster för Huddinge kommun, Huddinge Samhällsfastigheter AB, samt Huge Bostäder AB och inkluderar följande tjänsteområden: -Mobil telefoni - tal- och datakommunikation via mobilnät. - Fast telefoni - traditionell och IP-baserad telefoni. - Växel- och stödtjänster - inklusive samtalshantering, röstbrevlåda, vidarekoppling och IVR. - Tidbokningstjänst - telefonbaserad schemaläggning och bokningssystem. - Faxtjänst - digital faxlösning med säker överföring. - Kontaktcenter - inklusive telefonistfunktion, köhantering och samtalsfördelning. - Fasta terminaler och hårdvara - exempelvis telefoner, headset och växelenheter. - Support och underhåll - teknisk support, felsökning och livscykelhantering. Mobiltäckning inomhus Beställaren har under årens lopp installerat förstärkningslösningar för mobilnät, där behov av detta finns. Det är en blandning av repeaterlösningar och basstationer.
