Sweden - Radio, TV, communication and telecom equipment and related equipment - Project EPROM cabinet assembly

Ellevio is procuring assembly services for the EPROM project in Sweden, which involves replacing RTUs (remote terminal units) in distribution stations, as well as supplying RTUs for newly built and reinvested distribution stations. The contractor will receive, inspect, mount and build approximately 200 RTU cabinet panels in varying sizes, test the RTUs against the supervisory system, warehouse tested units, handle packaging, freight and spare parts, and provide documentation. Ellevio supplies RTUs via its own framework agreement and orders them to the supplier's assembly site. The project runs for about 4 years, with an option of 2 + 2 additional years; during the option years around 40 panels per year are planned. Communication equipment is security classified, so personnel handling it require security clearance.
